Totem3d
Totem3d is a high resolution desktop three-dimensional printer designed for dental and jewellery workshops. Totem3d uses digital light processing technology and offers a build envelope of 144 by 81 by 150 millimetres, with a horizontal resolution of 75 microns. The high printing accuracy allows dental models to be made without visible stair stepping. Typical outputs include studio models, steps for virtual setups, bites and surgical guides. The body is made of aluminium and stainless steel, machined by computer numerical control.
Totem3d 3d Printer by Jody Del Bianco was featured as a grand illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Totem3d 3d Printer was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Prosumer Products and Workshop Equipment Design in 2015. The A' Prosumer Products and Workshop Equipment Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design award that recognizes excellent design of 3D printers, workshop equipment, compact lathes, desktop CNC machines, engraving tools, High-Precision scales, laser cutters, professional drones, robotic arms and more.
