Lupax
The lamp is built around a steady inner spine, while its movable wings let the user guide how the illumination spreads across a space. The form stays intentionally minimal so the act of adjusting the wings becomes the highlight of the experience. When the panels are lifted upward, the glow becomes concentrated and dramatic, creating bold, tense visual effects. A downward orientation produces a calm, gentle radiance that feels soothing and harmonious.
Lupax Rotating Lighting by Pooya Zoiee was selected as an innovative illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Lupax Rotating Lighting earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Lighting Products and Fixtures Design in 2026.
