L10
L10 is a sliding window designed for residential buildings. The full view design combines dimmable glass, a nano coating and a self cleaning coating. The transparency of the glass is changed by electronic control, while the coatings support heat insulation, ultraviolet protection and a clean surface. A smart home control system allows the window to be opened and closed, the transparency level to be adjusted and automation scenarios to be set through a mobile application or a remote controller. The sashes can also be held at any chosen position.
L10 Sash Window by Zhenshen Hu was recognized as a creative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. L10 Sash Window earned the Iron A' Design Award in Building Materials and Construction Components Design in 2024. The A' Building Materials and Construction Components Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition that rewards outstanding design of bricks, beams, windows, doors, insulation materials, roofing materials, plumbing fixtures, electrical components and more.
