Verde
Verde is a compact outdoor grill for cooking food with solid fuels such as wood or coal. The trapezoidal shape spreads heat evenly across the whole cooking surface. The fuel tank can be refilled without moving the food on the grill. The exterior is made of 2 mm sheet metal protected with heat-resistant paint, the tank of 1.5 mm steel sheet and the grill of 3 mm browned sheet, for high resistance over time. Production uses laser cutting, bending and a small amount of welding, which keeps material use low. The compact form makes the grill easy to move and simple to use.
Verde Grill by DESIRO VISION was selected as an exceptional illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Verde Grill was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Garden and Outdoor Furniture Design in 2021. The A' Garden and Outdoor Furniture Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design recognition program which honors exceptional design of deck chairs, garden benches, picnic tables, patio sets, outdoor daybeds, hammocks, fire pits, sun loungers and more.
